A Painting of My Favourite Story

Hi Reader,

Just popping in with a sweet little life update!

My friends and fiancé threw me a party to celebrate finishing the manuscript for my book. All that’s left now is illustrations and editing, which will be happening over the next 12 weeks. So close to the finish line!

As a gift, my friend and illustrator Nabiha Rahman painted a scene from my favourite story, The Thief and the Flute. It even includes my real-life cat, Greta, who makes an appearance in the story too. I was honestly so touched, I had to share it here.
